Accreditations & Awards

Fidelity are proud to have attained the highest accreditations and awards in the industry, demonstrating our commitment to consistently achieving the highest health & safety standards, and working practices

We are keen supporters of apprenticeships and our apprentices are amongst our most favoured employees. We were delighted one of our apprentices was awarded runner up in the prestigious and hotly contended BSIA Annual Apprentice Installer of the Year awards 2016.

In 2015 we were delighted to be recognised by the 'Oscars' of the security industry, winning the Installer of the Year award at the Security & Fire Excellence Awards, and named runners up in the fiercely contended Engineers of Tomorrow competition at IFSEC 2015.

We are fully regulated by the UK's leading accreditation body for Security and Fire Systems, the National Security Inspectorate (NSI)

We have attained NACOSS Gold accreditation for Security Systems and FIRE Gold accreditation for Fire Alarm Systems, qualifying us to provide insurance accepted certification.

These accreditations go hand in hand with our certification to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management.

FIRE Gold qualifies us to provide BAFE certification for Fire Alarm systems as per the SP203 scheme (Incorporating BS5839) for which we are accredited for all relevant modules including Design, Installation, Commissioning and Verification. The Government, Fire Service and most insurers recommend that Fire Alarm systems are installed and maintained by BAFE accredited suppliers.

Fidelity Integrated are fully accredited members of DHF, ensuring our installation and maintenance services for Automated Gates comply with HSE guidelines, and that we are always up to date with the latest codes of practice in line with the machinery directive to keep your automated gate systems safe and secure.

We are also accredited by the National Britannia Safe Contractor scheme, ensuring our health and safety procedures comply with the services we provide.
